For some reason it says "app not installed as app isn't compatible with your phone" even though my phone is new and updated?
Hello, try to:
Redownload the archive from itch.io > unzip using 7z or winrar > upload to phone the apk files > Try to install x64 version, if it doesn't succeed then the clean one, if any errors then try the "_Low" version.

Hello, apologies this game is archived using winrar (can be unzipped using winrar or 7z), please follow the steps bellow :
1. Download the purchased file "SB Futanari Birthday ~ Full Version.rar", which is an archive with multiple files
2. Use 7zip or winrar to decompress the downloaded archive (can be freely downloaded https://www.7-zip.org/download.html )
3a. [PC] SB_Futanari Birthday_PC > SB Nishy Birthday.exe
3b. [Phone/Tablet] Upload "sb_BirthDay_En.apk" to the android device, install and play
3c. [Phone/Tablet] if the fps / performance is low (the application is lagging) then upload to android device and install "sb_BirthDay_En_LowQuality.apk"

I would recommend :
a. create a paypal account and attach the card to it then pay (will pay from the card)

I have opened credit card transactions until tomorrow.
Currently if i switch to itch.io's credit card payment the transactions will cost around 50% of the payment, so that's very uncomfortable. As middle ground, i suggest to everyone to ask for credit card transactions and i will open up days for those (as long as itch won't have anything against this).

Very satisfying hentai simulation game, with fluid and sexy animations from our beloved Nishy.
Graphics are top notch, at least for my tastes. Great lewd animations, nice subtle breath effects when she's high and even a drip effect from her rod.
Controls feel quite comfortable and straight forward, touch and hold on a boob to rub it, swipe over it to slap. The blue blob button shows the currently interactable regions, so there shouldn't be an issue.
Audio the japanese voice dub covers the lewd stuff pretty well, sadly it's not a full dub so the intro reading only appears as text above her head.
Personally i like the small touches with moans in the text popup if she's molested while reading, and the live erection part.
